Company and philosophy

Iskander Business Partner is an expanding management consultancy which focuses on growth projects in the fields of marketing, sales and CRM. Together with our clients, we develop results-focused and implementation-oriented concepts, in which we assume overall end-to-end responsibility. Since the foundation of our company by Armin Iskander in the year 2005, we have experienced continuous growth on a solid basis.

Our consultants provide the client with direct, front-line support. They actively contribute to shaping our strategy and constantly accompany our clients in a goal-oriented and cooperative way. Being passionate about our work, assuming individual responsibility and cooperating in a transparent way at equal eye level are the principles leading us to success.


We ensure that our clients are able to cope with their tasks and challenges, and can resume to a successful course by

Armin Iskander is managing partner at Iskander Business Partner, which he founded in 2005.

What is special about Iskander Business Partner in your opinion?

Having 2 jobs in 1: being a consultant and developing a company at the same time.

What is your personal highlight with us so far?

22% average growth in the last 10 years!

What was your way to us?

As a result of my previous experiences as a consultant and being passionate about entrepreneurship, I founded IBP. Furthermore, new market gaps are opening up, as the consulting industry is currently changing. We can address those demands with our innovative hybrid consulting business model.

Timo Maassmann has been a management consultant at Iskander Business Partner since 2012.

What is special about Iskander Business Partner in your opinion?

I particularly like the open and trustful social interaction at IBP. Moreover, every employee has the opportunity to actively contribute to the business development. I believe that our clients also feel and value this spirit of our employees and colleagues.

What is your personal highlight with us so far?

It was very special to celebrate my first self-acquired project. It’s great that such achievements return regularly ever since.

What was your way to us?

I had been working for a client of IBP for many years, until I decided to switch to the diversified project business, which was in 2012.

Lilly Ninh has been a management consultant at Iskander Business Partner since 2014.

What is special about Iskander Business Partner in your opinion?

I have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our clients, IBP and myself at the same time.

What is your personal highlight with us so far?

My very first day: at the Oktoberfest with my new colleagues. Furthermore, directly being integrated in the team of my first client as if I was an internal employee.

What was your way to us?

As I have already gained consulting experience during my studies, I was seeking to join a medium-sized consulting firm after my master’s degree in England, where I could apply my acquired knowledge and skills, and assume responsibility from the very beginning. I found that opportunity at IBP.
